Led and developed the integration of SHE professionals' work into the line organization to allow operators and mechanics to make their own decisions about their personal safety and health and how they can avoid having their work impact the environment. Coupled with this transference of SHE knowledge to the operators and mechanics, the SHE professionals will be able to work on more complex value adding issues for the business.

Specialty Chemicals SHE Manageer, Wilmingtong, Delaware (2/91 to 11/96) Oversaw the Strategic and tactical integration of SHE devision-making into an extremely diversified (over 100 chemical products) two-billion dollar per year business servin 4000 customers from 26 worldwide union and non-union manufacturing sites ranging in population from 25 to 2500 employees. Began the transformation of how SHE professionals do their daily work to improve productivity and the quality of their work lives. Managed a stafff of seventeen SHE professionals and support staff. Reduces this staff to eight through re-assignments to new plant site SHE or business positions within one year.

Environmental Affairs Manager (5/79 to 10/81)
Oversaw the development and implementation of the operations environmental compliance management program for five crude oil saltdome storage facilities and offloading docking facilities. Innovated an oil spill trend analysis tool to implement preventive measures and ultimately reduce spills from over 300 per year to fewer than two dozen per year.
